Freedom Diagnostics COA lookup: how to check a Freedom Diagnostics Testing peptide report
By Vitality Chems · Published · updated · vendor-authored explanatory note
Short answer
Freedom Diagnostics Testing (Franklin, TN) runs a public Certificate of Analysis Lookup that searches by Search Code, accession number or client company name and returns the lab's own PDF. The Search Code is the first four letters of the client's company name plus the accession number. A report the lookup cannot return is unconfirmed, not fake, until the lab answers. Of our 3 Freedom Diagnostics reports, 0 were returned by the lookup when we last checked (2026-10-31), so we label them lab confirmation pending.
Lot-documented research materials
Every catalog page shows the lot, its third-party HPLC and LC-MS report, and the price. Browse the catalog →
| Field | What it is | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Search Code | First four letters of the client company name + accession number | Use it on the lab's lookup page; it should return the same PDF. |
| Accession number | The lab's own sample number | Must match the lab's copy exactly. |
| Sample / lot | The name and lot the client submitted | Must match the lot printed on your vial. |
| Purity (HPLC) | Area percent of the main peak | Area percent is not net peptide content. |
| Quantity | Measured mg of peptide in the tested vial | Compare with the label amount. |
| Mass (LC-MS) | Observed mass used for identity, when run | Compare with the expected mass for the compound. |
Step by step
The lookup takes under a minute when the certificate carries a Search Code.
- Find the Search Code box in the top-right table of the certificate. It is the first four letters of the client's company name followed by the accession number.
- Type the lab's address yourself (freedomdiagnosticstesting.com) and open its Certificate of Analysis Lookup page. Do not use a link printed inside the PDF.
- Enter the Search Code with spaces removed, or the accession number, or the client company name exactly as printed. Codes are not case-sensitive.
- Open the lab's PDF from the results and compare it with your copy line by line: sample name, lot, accession number, dates, purity, quantity and mass result.
- If nothing is returned, or any value differs, treat the certificate as unconfirmed and ask the seller and the lab directly.
When the lookup returns nothing
A lab lookup only shows reports the lab has published to it. Some clients' reports are not listed, and older reports may predate the tool. A missing result is a reason to ask, not proof of forgery. Email the lab with the accession number and ask whether it issued that report with those values.
That is the status of our own Freedom Diagnostics reports: retatrutide 10mg (lot RT10072726, accession 2607280023); tb-500 10mg (lot 3457, accession 2607280024); tesamorelin 10mg (lot 9953797, accession 2607280027). They are published on our testing page and in the COA dataset, and are marked lab confirmation pending until the lab's lookup or the lab itself confirms them.
What the lab says about its accreditation
The lab's site states it follows ISO 9001 and GLP principles; it names no ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation body. Accreditation matters because ISO/IEC 17025 covers specific listed tests. Where a lab names no accreditation body, a reader should weigh the report on its method detail and on whether the lab confirms it.
Whatever the lab, a certificate describes the sample that was tested. It does not establish sterility, safety or suitability for any use. Research use only; not for human or animal use.
