Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship from US fulfillment to the destinations offered at checkout (currently the United States, Canada and Mexico). We may refuse or cancel any order to a destination where the purchaser’s research use cannot be verified or where the material is restricted. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that importing or receiving the material is lawful at the destination, including any customs duties, permits or inspection.

Dispatch and transit

Orders paid before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day may be prepared for same-day dispatch from US fulfillment. Typical US transit is 2–5 business days; transit to Canada and Mexico varies. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may change with order review, payment confirmation, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination restrictions.

Rates

• Standard tracked shipping: $14.95 per order.
• Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $175.00 or more.

The rate shown at checkout before you pay is the rate charged.

Packaging and tracking

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with a tracking number, which we email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Each vial carries its research-use-only label.

Addresses

Check your shipping address before paying. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Contact us right away if you need a correction; we can only change an address before the order is dispatched.

Lost, late, or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference. Damaged or incorrect items are handled under the returns policy. Optional protection for carrier-confirmed lost packages is described in the shipping protection policy.
