Vitality Shipping Protection policy

Vitality Shipping Protection is an optional $3.99 service provided and funded by Vitality Chems, not postal or third-party insurance. If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, contact Vitality Chems within 30 days of the expected delivery date to request one replacement of the affected order. Packages marked delivered by the carrier and losses caused by an incorrect customer-entered shipping address are not covered. Contact support with your order number and carrier information; staff will review the claim. Coverage does not automatically trigger a refund or replacement. This policy does not limit any statutory or other customer rights you may have.
