Model
Private-label research vials sold online from Chicago, IL. Each order is sourced from a third-party supplier after the customer pays, so we hold no inventory.
What that means
Low capital tied up in stock and no inventory write-down risk, but dependence on one supplier for availability, quality and lead time.

66 of 69 vial SKUs have a known cost
Gross margin here is (list price − supplier cost per vial) ÷ list price, averaged across vial SKUs with a known supplier cost; SKUs without one are left out rather than estimated. It is product margin only. It does not subtract card processing fees, shipping we pay, store credit and discounts, refunds, advertising, or overhead, and it is not actual realized margin on orders, because there is not yet enough order history to report that.

Market context
$140.9B
Global peptide therapeutics market, 2025 (publisher estimate; projected $294.6B by 2033, 8.7% CAGR 2026–2033).
Covers prescription peptide drugs. It is context for interest in the category, not the size of the research-use-only market we sell into.

$66.4B
Global GLP-1 receptor agonist market, 2025 (publisher estimate; projected $185.3B by 2033, 12.4% CAGR).
Prescription drug sales (for example semaglutide and tirzepatide brands). Again context only, not our addressable market.

These are paid-research publisher estimates of prescription drug markets, not measurements of the research-use-only market. We looked for an independent, methodology-disclosed size estimate for research-use-only peptides sold online and did not find one we could verify. Figures for that segment circulating online trace back to vendor blogs without a stated method, so we do not use them.

Key risks
- Regulatory (FDA). FDA has issued warning letters to online sellers of research peptides, including the GLP-1 compounds in our catalog, and has said a “research use only” label does not settle whether a product is an unapproved drug. Enforcement could force catalog changes or end sales of some products.
- Payment processing. Card processors restrict this category. Stripe prohibits incorrectly labeled research chemicals, and a processor can review, hold funds, or close an account. Losing a processor would interrupt sales.
- Supplier concentration. Orders are fulfilled through one third-party supplier; a disruption there stops fulfillment.
- Early stage. There is no meaningful sales history yet, so demand, conversion and acquisition cost are unproven.
