Certificate of analysis lot dataset (CSV and JSON)

Published 2026-10-29 · updated 2026-10-29 · vendor-authored explanatory note

Short answer

This page lists all 8 published third-party lot reports for Vitality Chems research materials in one table, with the same values printed on each certificate. The reports come from Freedom Diagnostics and Vanguard Laboratory and are dated 2026-02-26 to 2026-07-31. The full table downloads as CSV or JSON, and each row links to the certificate, the per-lot page and the laboratory's own lookup.

Laboratory lookups

  • Freedom Diagnostics: Freedom Diagnostics runs a public certificate lookup keyed on the search code issued with each report (built from the client name and the accession number printed on the report).
  • Vanguard Laboratory: Vanguard Laboratory runs a public reporting hub that can be searched by report ID, compound, batch or brand. If a report does not come up in a search, ask us for its report link.

What each row contains

One row is one certificate. It records the product, the vial content on the label, the lot or sample identifier exactly as printed, the issuing laboratory, the accession number when the report prints one, the report date, the analytical methods named on the report, the reported purity and the measured quantity in the tested vial.

The tests columns say only what a report prints. 3 of the 8 reports include an identity result by mass spectrometry (LC-MS); the others report HPLC purity and quantity only. None of the currently published reports include endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metals results, and the dataset shows that as "false" rather than leaving it out.

2 reports identify the sample by cap color instead of a lot number. A color is not a unique batch identifier, so those rows are marked not traceable and have no per-lot page.

How to check a row against the laboratory

A certificate image on a seller's website is only as good as your ability to confirm it with the lab that issued it. Each row links to that laboratory's own public lookup:

  1. Freedom Diagnostics: enter the search code issued with the report in the lab's certificate lookup. The accession number printed on the report is part of that code and is listed in the lab_accession column.
  2. Vanguard Laboratory: search the lab's reporting hub by report ID, compound or batch.
  3. If a lookup does not return the report, contact us with the lot number and we will send the lab's report link or code.
  4. Then match the lot on your vial label to the lot in the row; a report for another lot says nothing about yours.

Using the data

The dataset is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You can copy it into a lab notebook, a supplier-qualification file, a comparison table or a vendor-verification database, as long as you credit Vitality Chems and link to this page. The CSV is at /coa-data.csv and the JSON, which also includes field descriptions and a summary, is at /coa-data.json. Both are generated from the same records as the /verify pages, so they change when a new report is published.

Purity figures are HPLC area percent for the tested sample. They are not the net peptide content of a vial and are not a specification for other lots. See the glossary entries on area percent and net peptide content before comparing numbers across suppliers.

Frequently asked

Is this every lot report Vitality Chems has published?

Yes. The table, the CSV and the JSON are generated from the same records as the /verify lot pages, so all 8 published reports are included.

Can I reuse the data on my own site?

Yes, under CC BY 4.0: credit Vitality Chems and link to this page. The JSON file includes field descriptions so it can be imported without guessing column meanings.

Why do some rows have no lot page?

Those reports identify the sample by cap color rather than a lot number. A color is not a unique batch ID, so we do not present it as a traceable lot.

Do these reports cover endotoxin or sterility?

Not the reports published so far. They cover HPLC purity and quantity, and 3 also confirm identity by LC-MS. The endotoxin and sterility columns are false for every row.
