Who it's not for

Anyone planning to sell for human use, give dosing advice or make health, weight-loss or income claims. We review your store before the first run and will decline or stop supplying.

FAQ

What is the minimum order?: 10 vials of the same compound and strength per label run. Re-orders use the same minimum.
Who can apply?: A registered business (LLC, corporation or sole proprietorship with an EIN) whose owner is 21 or older. We verify the business and the owner's age before quoting.
Do I approve the label?: Yes. You approve a proof before anything is printed. The compound, amount, lot number and research-use-only text are fixed and can't be removed.
Is my brand the only name on the product?: Yes. Labels and packing slips carry your business name and address. You must own or have the rights to your brand name and logo.
How does fulfillment work?: It's optional. Your labeled stock is stored in its own bin. When you send us an order, we pack it under your name and send you the tracking number. Or we ship your stock to you in bulk.
Can I choose any compound?: Most of our catalog. GLP-1 class compounds (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and similar) are not available for private label.
Is this a business-in-a-box?: No. We supply labeled product and logistics. We don't provide customers, traffic, training, a business plan, or any promise of sales or income, and we don't buy back unsold stock.
What about refunds?: Label setup is refundable until you approve the proof. Vials and labels that are defective or not as specified are replaced or refunded if reported within 14 days of delivery. Monthly services cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you set up payments?: No. You need your own payment processor and are responsible for its approval and rules.
Do you form my business?: No. We're not a law firm. The Illinois Secretary of State, IRS (EIN) and SBA websites explain how to register a business; a lawyer can advise you.
